  • Are your drivers checked and insured?
    All divers are licensed with either their local Authority or TFL. All drivers have been enhanced DBS checked and undergone a Safe Guarding Course. All drivers have fully comprehensive insurance for Private Hire use and Public Liability Insurance.
  • What if my flight is delayed?
    Do not worry. We monitor your flights and ensure we arrive at the correct time for your arrival.
  • How do you meet us at the airport?
    Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall displaying a 'meet and greet' board with your name on it. You will not have to go searching for your driver or meet them in the 'drop off' areas which is prohibited at most airports in the UK.
  • How will my driver be dressed?
    All drivers will be dressed in smart attire which usually includes a suit, shirt and tie. We have Chauffeur caps available for those extra special occasions!
  • Which airports and cruise ports do you cover?
    We cover all UK airport and cruise ports.
  • Are there any additional charges?
    AIRPORT/CRUISE PORT ARRIVALS Our quoted price includes up to 60 minutes waiting time from the time the airplane lands or cruise ship commences disembarkation. After this time additional charges may become payable. OTHER PICK UPS (Home, Hotel, Restaurant, Etc): Our quoted price includes up to 15 minutes waiting time. After this time additional charges may become payable. Car Parking Fees and London Congestion Charge will be added to your invoice, unless agreed prior to booking. Congestion Charge is currently £15 (as of January 2024). Car Park fees vary.
  • Are your drivers available 24/7?
    All of our drivers are available 24/7 and 365 days a year. Drivers booked on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day or any Bank Holiday may incur additional charges.
  • What route do you take?
    Your driver will take the most direct route avoiding any traffic or accidents. All vehicles have real time technology which will keep them updated of any oncoming traffic build up. In these instances they will divert accordingly.
  • How much is a Wait and Return?
    Your journey will be quoted from your collection point, to your destination and in reverse. Any waiting time is charged per hour or part thereof and will be quoted prior to booking.
  • Do you offer account facilities?
    We can open a Business Account for you which will be billed at the end of each month. Business accounts are opened subject to status. Invoices are payable within 7 days once received.
  • How do we pay for our journey?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards or you can bank transfer. Details will be sent at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations
    Any booking cancelled more than 48 hours, there is no charge. Any booking cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at 100% of the agreed rate.
